Matthew will be presenting again at the 2009 American Heroes Air Show presented at Camp Mabry in the heart of Austin, TX. Last year Willa and Matthew had a great time entertaining the visitors and demonstrating how search dogs work. This year Matthew will be wihout his partner due to a knee injury. Matthew will be introducing his new dog, Ruby, as well as his team mates Bren and Kobe, and Margaret and Janie.

The event will be held Saturday, April 18th, 2009 from 9am to 3pm. If it goes like last year Matthew will perform at 10am, 12pm, and 2pm. Parking and admission are free for the event. There are shuttles from the parking area to the grounds, "so plan to be portable."

Started in 1993 as a unique helicopter-only event which profiles aviation's role in  all  aspects  of  public  safety. This  includes  aircraft  and  crews  from  law  enforcement,  the  fire  service,  public  and private EMS as well as homeland security and national defense.
